📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and update HR data using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Assist in the development and administration of employee benefits programs.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
