📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of local regulations and policies in Bangka Belitung.
• Certification in strategic planning or development management is a plus.
