• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with table setup and clearing, ensuring the dining area is always presentable and ready for the next guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team to improve service quality.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Promote Wolfgang's Steakhouse's special events, promotions, and seasonal menus to enhance guest engagement.
• Act as a liaison between guests and management, ensuring all guest needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury or fine dining environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as MICROS, and other restaurant management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in hospitality or customer service a plus.
• Professional and polished appearance, with a strong commitment to maintaining a high standard of personal grooming.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills a valuable asset.
