📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Support senior leaders in developing and implementing strategic plans for the insurance business unit
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the insurance industry
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts using Power BI, Excel, and SAP
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the organization
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a financial or insurance-related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
