📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and present them to the sales team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing excellent service.
• Use CRM systems and financial analysis software to track client interactions and performance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for clients.
• Attend client meetings and events to build and strengthen relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and financial products to provide clients with the best advice.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on client relationship management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and financial analysis software.
• Knowledge of financial products and services offered by BFI Finance Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
