📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain packaging machines to ensure efficient and effective packaging operations.
- Inspect and quality-check packaged products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency in the packaging process.
- Monitor and maintain packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless and efficient packaging operations.
- Report any issues or concerns related to packaging operations to the relevant team members.
- Ensure that all packaging materials are used efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging operations or a related field.
- Experience with packaging machines and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
