📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of data analysts to collect, process, and analyze large datasets using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and improve decision-making processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive data dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights that drive business growth.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, and mentor team members on new tools and methodologies.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of analytics projects.
Present findings to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts.
Certifications in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL are a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience in working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.
