📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Take and confirm reservations accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and clearing tables
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and glassware
• Assist with kitchen duties, such as prepping ingredients, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow a strict schedule
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Valid food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
