📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffee beverages.
• Maintain and clean our coffee equipment, ensuring it’s in optimal working condition.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory to ensure we have all the necessary supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our guests have a pleasant experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and incorporate new ideas into our menu.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional café or coffee shop.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with high quality and consistency.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing software, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
• Certification in coffee brewing or barista skills is a plus.
• Passionate about coffee and committed to providing excellent customer service.
