• Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 collection specialists, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in collections leadership, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving collection efficiency.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of collection software and tools, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
