As a Tour Leader, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize itineraries for Turkish groups, ensuring all activities are culturally sensitive and meet guest expectations.,Guide groups through Bali's cultural sites, historical landmarks, and natural attractions, providing informative and engaging tours.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all group members, including children if applicable.,Maintain open communication with group members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Coordinate with local vendors, transportation providers, and other service partners to ensure seamless tour operations.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism and customer service.,Assist in the preparation and execution of group activities, such as cooking classes, cultural performances, and team-building exercises.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all group members have a positive and enjoyable experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Tour Leader or similar role, preferably with experience guiding Turkish groups.,Fluent in both Indonesian and Turkish languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of Bali's culture, history, and attractions, as well as a passion for sharing this knowledge with others.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.,Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to create and adhere to detailed itineraries.,Experience in working with diverse groups, including children if applicable.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
