📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and maintaining administrative records and files
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of documents and reports
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and meetings
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Providing administrative support to the management team
  • Assisting with the organization of events and meetings
  • Maintaining the office supplies inventory
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and other administrative tasks as needed

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
