Asia Stainless Steel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Work with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
