📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are hired.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback to candidates and communicate hiring decisions in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
