📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and café, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them perform their roles to the best of their ability.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the workplace is clean and tidy.,Monitor and maintain stock levels, ordering and receiving new stock as needed.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, and that the business is operating within budget.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the pharmacy and café, and to increase customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally, and that any issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
