📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate with staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability.,Lead and mentor the operational team to achieve organizational goals.,Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
