📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and installation of MEP systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure that all MEP work is completed according to design specifications and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure that all project deliverables are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Supervisor in interior construction, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as LEED, BREEAM, or other green building certifications are a plus.
