📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to increase product awareness and sales.,Lead and motivate the sales promotion team to achieve targets and goals.,Create and manage promotional materials, including banners, flyers, and social media content.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for promotional activities.,Organize and execute promotional events and campaigns.,Monitor and report on the performance of promotional activities.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align promotional efforts with overall business objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales promotion or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for sales.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
