Web Hub Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Production Supervisor to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all production activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and implement production schedules and work plans to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.,Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.,Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control results.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production activities align with customer needs and market demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as industrial engineering, business administration, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of production processes, including inventory management, quality control, and scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to production challenges.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, production planning software, and quality control software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
