📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles and drivers.,Manage and maintain fleet records, including vehicle maintenance schedules and driver performance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and meet all regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular audits of fleet operations to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement fleet improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
