- Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Provide timely and efficient technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Ensure data security and backup, implementing measures to protect sensitive information.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all IT-related activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.
- Train and assist new employees with IT-related tasks.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proven experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
