📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor production staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Optimize production schedules to meet demand.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production management.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with coffee production and food service industry.
  • Proficiency in using production management software.
  • Valid driver's license (required for hybrid role).
