As a Cashier Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage cash and inventory levels.,Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to lift and carry light to moderate weight items.
