📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and managing employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
