Makmur Wati Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth logistics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Manage vehicle schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of services.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
