Depot Hendra Shop is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, scheduled, and operated efficiently. This is a crucial position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and permits.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding vehicle operations and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
