📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the outlet.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve overall business objectives and targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
