PT Bali Wheatfields Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.,Providing information about our products and services.,Resolving customer complaints and issues.,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.,Assisting with the organization and management of customer data.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.,Participating in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
