In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including our signature bubble teas, as well as other hot and cold drinks. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every order is made accurately and efficiently. Your ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure will be crucial as you handle the fast-paced nature of our drive-thru service.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including bubble teas, hot and cold drinks, and other food items.
• Ensure accurate and efficient order taking and fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Stay up-to-date with menu items and special promotions, and communicate these effectively to customers.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
