Area Manager for Hub Operations is a critical role at Shopee in SPX Express, where you'll lead a team of 15-20 employees to ensure seamless logistics and operational excellence across our hubs in Quezon Province. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 15-20 employees, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily hub operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and IT teams to optimize processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Represent Shopee at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, with a proven track record in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or a similar logistics management program is a plus.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural team.
