Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging and creative content for our social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to ensure we are meeting our goals.
  • Lead and inspire the social media team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure our social media efforts are aligned with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Report on social media performance to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and creative social media content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.
  • Fluency in English is required, Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
