📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Manage inventory levels and restocking.,Ensure the store is clean and organized.,Handle cash transactions and customer payments.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in store promotions and events.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local market trends.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
