📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve our learning programs.,Mentor and coach employees to support their professional growth and development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align learning initiatives with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage and evaluate the budget for learning and development activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.🛠️ Keahlian
