📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
