In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and mentoring junior staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling and coordinating activities.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures.,Mentoring and training junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conducting research and development activities to improve laboratory processes and techniques.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.,Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and ensuring quality control.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
