📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide regular reports on client interactions and account performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Attend and participate in client meetings and events as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
