📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain warehouse inventory using SAP and other inventory management software.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately for shipping, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to maintain high standards of inventory accuracy.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including shelf management and stock rotation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order status and delivery issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and delivery operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
