📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and potential loss areas.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.,Train and mentor staff on loss prevention best practices.,Collaborate with management to address security concerns and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records and reports of loss prevention activities.,Participate in inventory counts and asset verification processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss prevention or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail or hospitality operations is a plus.
